Good to know

·The withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. Your declaration is in time if you send it here before that period expires.
·You do not need to log in and you do not have to give a reason. The email address of your account is enough to match it.
·We look at every withdrawal individually and come back to you unprompted. For paid bookings the right of withdrawal may already have expired — the conditions are in section 5 of the withdrawal policy. Even then we accept your declaration and answer with reasons.
·Only want to cancel — that is, end the contract going forward? That is a different form: Verträge hier kündigen.
